Annual Conference is back!
Day 1 is online on Monday 15 April and is free for everyone to join.
Day 2 is in-person on Tuesday 16 April at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham.
After several years of being exclusively online, annual conference is back for 2024 with an in-person day! Annual conference is our flagship annual event for all staff and volunteers across the Citizens Advice service. Our theme for 2024 is “Leading Citizens Advice 2024: one service, many leaders” — no matter your role, we recognise there are so many different ways that people demonstrate leadership across our uniquely diverse service. Conference is open for leaders of all roles to be able to connect, collaborate, network, and knowledge-share on the most important issues facing our service today, and to be able to engage in strategic conversations to move forward together.
What’s on the agenda?
This year, anyone who wants to can run an online conference session. We're very excited to share the first set of online sessions - proposed and run by you - which are taking place as part of our online conference day on Monday 15 April. We already have 16 sessions scheduled and there's more to come!

Awards
Our Awards celebrate exceptional people, teams and projects from across our local service and Witness Service volunteers.
This year the winners will be announced as part of our Celebration Hour on Tuesday 16 April during our 2024 Conference, taking place in the Eastside Rooms, Birmingham. This will also be an opportunity to come together, reflect on all our achievements and say thank you to everyone for everything you’ve done this year.
Tickets for the in-person day
Ticket sales for our in-person day are now closed. We are delighted to say that more than 550 of us will be attending on 16 April - if you have a ticket we are looking forward to seeing you there!
