Finding our Common ground

It’s back! Our next service-wide annual conference is on 13 and 14 November 2025 and we’re returning to the Eastside Rooms in Birmingham. Tickets will go on sale this summer.

Join us in person in November, or get involved online in the months beforehand. We’re holding a series of run-up events to bring people across local and national together to tackle shared challenges and shape local solutions, with the outputs directly feeding into our conference schedule in November.

You can also celebrate successes, centre client experiences, nominate teams for our awards, and create a celebration of everything we’re achieving across our whole service. All our events are open to everyone, and our run-up events are particularly aimed at those who are less likely to attend the in-person event in November.

We’ll be updating this site regularly between now and November with ticket registrations, agenda announcements and more, so bookmark this page and keep checking back for the latest conference news.

Who is Conference for?

Conference is for everyone across our service, from local leaders, frontline staff and operational teams to national colleagues and Witness Service staff and volunteers.

Our service is undergoing huge change at the moment, which can feel overwhelming and be incredibly challenging. Conference is a chance to take a breath, be inspired by your colleagues, remember why we do what we do and celebrate our achievements. We hope we can see you there. And if you can’ t make it in November, have a look at what we’ll be doing in the months beforehand for other ways to get involved.

If you are an external organisation interested in sponsoring our event and claiming a stall in our marketplace, please get in touch with our events team.

Tell me about the trees!

Our conference theme for 2025 is finding our common ground: exploring and championing what we have in common at Citizens Advice and celebrating the incredible work we do every day for the people who need us more than ever.

We’ve chosen trees - roots and branches - as a visual representation of our theme.

As well as all the work and achievements we can see and hear at Citizens Advice, there’s also a hidden web of connection beneath our feet (literally for trees, and figuratively for us as a service) - a network which connects us all and lets us share ideas, connections and ways of keeping our service thriving and healthy. Find out more about the incredible reality of these hidden networks in nature.
