In the spirit of finding our common ground, all of this year’s awards are once again for projects and teams, celebrating exceptional results, innovative ideas and collaborative working.

In 2026 all of our awards celebrate projects that demonstrate the power of collaboration and collective achievement. The full list of categories is below.
Nominations close very soon, at 10pm on Monday 28 September! Don’t delay - nominate your projects and teams today! We’re looking for locally-led projects of all types and sizes and our winners will be celebrated at our awards ceremony live at Conference on Monday 16 November in Milton Keynes.
How to nominate
All nominations must be submitted through this Google form by 10pm on Monday 28 September.

5-9 Oct Judges complete scoring for all nominations
19 Oct Shortlisted nominees announced and voting for winners opens to whole service
2 Nov Voting closes
16 Nov Winners announced at live awards ceremony as part of Common Ground Annual Conference

Most impactful Advice Fit for the Future award
This award is for the project which offers the most potential to improve advice delivery in the future.

Most impactful Close the Gap award
This award is for the project which offers the greatest potential to end the disparities in access and experience for marginalised people.

Most impactful Take Early Action award
This award is for the project which offers the greatest potential to prevent more people reaching crisis by addressing problems earlier.

Championing Wellbeing award
This award is for the project which directly improves the wellbeing of our staff, volunteers and/or clients.

Championing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion award
This award is for the project which best champions EDI across our service and makes Citizens Advice a more equitable, inclusive place to work. This project could be client-focused or workforce-focused.

Best External Partnership Collaboration award
This is the award for an external partnership which drives the greatest benefit for Citizens Advice clients.

Power of our Network award: Best Collaborative Working Across the Organisation
This is the award for an example of service-wide collaborative working which delivers value for our service and clients. It encompasses all projects across Citizens Advice, both missions based and those that fall outside the scope of the missions.

Best Client Service Innovation award
This is the award for an innovation across our service that best directly benefits clients accessing our services. It encompasses all projects across Citizens Advice, both missions based and those that fall outside the scope of the missions.
